Coffee Specifications (Green Bean)

We are committed to delivering green coffee beans that consistently meet stringent quality parameters for various market demands. Our typical specifications for export-grade green beans include:

  • Moisture Content: Typically 11% - 12.5% (max. 13%)
  • Defect Count:
  • Grade 1: Max. 11 defects (e.g., for Specialty Arabica)
  • Grade 2: Max. 25 defects (e.g., for Commercial Arabica)
  • Grade 3: Max. 60 defects (e.g., for Commercial Robusta) (Note: Defect counting follows specific standards such as SCAA/CQI for Arabica and ICO for Robusta)
  • Screen Size:
  • Arabica: Typically Screen 15-18 (min. 90% above Screen 14)
  • Robusta: Typically Screen 16-18 (min. 80% above Screen 14)
  • Appearance: Clean, uniform color (greenish to bluish-green for Arabica, brownish-green for Robusta), free from foreign matter, insect damage, and broken beans.
  • Aroma: Fresh, clean, free from sour, moldy, or chemical odors.
  • Processing Method: Washed, Natural (Dry Process), or Honey Process, as per client requirements and bean origin.
  • Packaging: Typically in new Jute bags (60 kg for Arabica, 60/69 kg for Robusta) with inner GrainPro bags or plastic liners for enhanced freshness and protection during transit. Other packaging options available upon request.

Berikut kententuan spesifikasi produk yang di dapat melalui visit wawancara dengan supplyer;

  • Harga masih termasuk dengan ongkos kirim (belum tahu harga pinang /kg) dapat melakukan negoisasi.
  • Nilai grade untuk pinang
  • Logam uk 2cm harga Rp. 100.000
  • Kualitas Super uk mendekati 2cm harga Rp. 50.000
  • KRT atau kriting harga Rp. 35.000
  • Packaging dalam bentuk sak 50kg atau ada request dari buyer bisa dirubah.

NB; Harga asli pinang /kg masih belum diketahui. Target nilai grade untuk ekspor; grade super, karena hasil dari wawancara /200kg pinang hanya memproduksi 15kg pinang kualitas logam. Jadi masukan dari suplyyer akan susah untuk memenuhi kuantitas ekspor dengan kualitas logam. Dan semua hak atur dimiliki pemilik PT. Alma Jaya Syah.
